Andrea Barezzani è uno chef di Milano che ha lavorato in diversi ristoranti stellati, dopo aver portato i suoi piatti in giro per il mondo ha deciso di fermarsi a Spotorno e deliziare i palati dei clienti di Terrazza21 con la sua esperienza trentennale.
His career began very early in Barcelona, under the teachings of Ferran Adrià in Spain. After a brief experience in France, he worked for almost ten years overseas, in New York, where he met and experimented with new flavors thanks to his degree in Food Chemistry taken in Boston.
After working in other places in the world such as Bilbao and Malaga, he returns to Italy to bring his experience and knowledge that spans between the two worlds.
His cuisine wants to be territorial, paying attention to maintaining the quality and properties of the products, but always with a hint of innovation that makes the dishes unique and contemporary.
